OUR CONDITION STANDARDS
Our items are clean and wearable. We take pride in ensuring every item meets our stringent quality, authenticity, and condition criteria. Each item is meticulously inspected and categorised as Pristine, Excellent, Very Good, Good, Fair, or As Is.
PRISTINE
Items are basically brand new.
- Fashion: Includes original tags, box, and dust bag.
- Jewellery: Includes original box and/or pouch; may or may not have tags.
EXCELLENT
Items are like new, without tags.
- Fashion: Clearly unused; tags are not attached, and boxes or dust bags may not be included.
- Jewellery: May have been lightly handled.
VERY GOOD
Items show minor signs of wear.
- Clothing and Shoes: May have light markings or fading.
- Handbags and Accessories: Lightly worn corners, light scratches, and interior wear.
- Jewellery: Minor scratches, nicks, and/or dents.
GOOD
Items show moderate signs of wear.
- Clothing and Shoes: Moderate markings or creasing.
- Handbags and Accessories: Worn corners, moderate scratches, and interior wear.
- Jewellery: Moderate scratches, nicks, and/or dents.
FAIR
Items show heavy signs of wear.
- Clothing: Seam splitting or missing embellishments.
- Shoes: Discolouration or heavy scuffs.
- Handbags and Accessories: Heavily worn corners, scratches, and interior wear.
AS IS
Items show extensive signs of wear and may require repair.
- All Categories: Heavily worn corners or discolouration, broken hardware, small holes, or tears.
